Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 24, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Raptify, operated by RoushTech, LLC. It is part of our Terms of Service. If you violate this policy, we may suspend or terminate your access.
Authorized monitoring only
You may only configure Raptify to monitor websites, URLs, and endpoints that you own or are otherwise authorized to monitor. You are responsible for having that authorization, and you agree not to point Raptify at any property without it.
Prohibited conduct
You must not use Raptify to:
- Test, probe, scan, overload, or attack any website or system you are not authorized to monitor.
- Conduct denial-of-service testing, stress testing, or load testing against third-party properties, or set test frequencies intended to disrupt a target.
- Circumvent authentication, access controls, or rate limits on any system.
- Access, collect, or store data you are not entitled to, including other people's personal data.
- Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Probe, scan, reverse engineer, or disrupt Raptify's own infrastructure, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without our permission.
- Use the service to transmit malware, or to host or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
Reasonable use
Monitoring must stay within the limits and frequencies of your plan. We may apply technical limits, throttle activity, or contact you if your usage risks harming a target, our service, or other users.
Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is using Raptify in violation of this policy, contact us at abuse@roushtech.net.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including removing configurations, throttling or suspending accounts, or terminating access. Where we believe activity is unlawful, we may report it to the appropriate authorities.
